flowered, lettered & lined, giveaway

Happy Friday, lovelies!

Thank you so much for the notes about my faded stamped floral wall,
and for the thoughtful welcome back to blogging.
I appreciate it SO much.

The wall is just one of those features that is either loved or…notsomuch.
I happen to be in the love bunch now that I’ve sanded down the roses a bit more.
It softened and faded them quite a bit and inched them back inside my comfort zone,
which I stepped outside of when I chose to use a pattern in the room.

It was worth the risk though.
That’s the nice thing about stamping vs. wallpaper…I knew I could just paint over it if I didn’t like it.

I’m not sure how much more faded they look in photos, but hopefully you can see a bit of a difference here…

I sanded some roses more than others, which gives them a variegated look that I love.

As you can see above, I finished up a mini gallery wall
with photos, a vintage bunt pan, an antique sterling bowl, and the sweetest print from lettered & lined.

Kelly, the designer and mom behind lettered & lined, contacted me about a week before I knew I’d return to blogging
with her laundry room prints that she thought would be perfect for my fellow laundry & typography lovers. Does she know us or what?

I’ll get to the laundry prints in a minute.
I actually chose a kitchen design for review because
a. I’m getting ready to reveal my kitchen makeover.
b. My hairy scary basement laundry sitch wouldn’t do her prints one bit of justice.
c. I thought this print was p.e.r.f.e.c.t….

There are some days when I feel like a short order cook,
with each little one always wanting something other than what I’ve cooked!
(9 times out of 10, they want macaroni and cheese.)

Well, I’ve had enough. I’m taking my kitchen and my time (and grocery budget) back.
I’ve pointed to the sign a few times already this week…or read it aloud to the twins.

Isn’t it darling?!

The verbiage is straight to the point, yet a bit nicer than my mother’s
“You won’t starve. You’ll eat it if you’re hungry enough.”
{Love you, mom.}

Kelly customized the graphite gray color for me, added my name, and switched “wonderful” to “lovely” at the bottom.

The Take It or Leave It print originally looked like this…

Anyhow, I think my sweet little print is right at home in the mini gallery
(as seen through the french doors in our family room that I recently painted white).

I almost ordered Kelly’s Measure Equivalents: Illustrated Guide print because I never remember conversions!

Don’t you think those prints would make the coolest housewarming or bridal shower gifts?

Kelly said she channels her creative inspiration into “tangible and purposeful art.”

This Laundry and Stain Removal Set definitely has a purpose…

Other than the homespun cuteness factor, I was impressed with the actual quality of the print once I had it in hand.
It’s very nice and printed on a nice, thick stock.

By the way, the laundry prints above can be ordered as a set or individually.
Guide to Procedures: Laundry Room

And for those of you that embrace color with arms wide open,
Kelly can also add an accent color to your lettered & lined print…

I’m partial to the charcoal and black chalkboard looks, but I bet they would look sweet in any color option.

In addition to laundry and kitchen designs, you can also find bath and nursery prints in Kelly’s Etsy shop.
She’ll even customize prints for you, too.

And guess what?!

I get to give away a set of two 11×14 prints to one of my lucky readers!
You can choose any two separate prints or one set.

TO ENTER, just hop over to lettered & lined and then come back here
and leave me a comment with your TWO favorite prints.

That’s it.

If you’d like to “like” lettered & lined on facebook, come back here and let me know for an optional second entry.

Click the image below to go to Kelly’s Etsy shop…

I’ll choose and announce the winner next Friday!

In the meantime, you can get 20% OFF prints with coupon code FRECKLED20.
{Thank you, Kelly!}

Good luck and have a lovely weekend,

I received a free print (and a giveaway and discount for you) in exchange for my review.
As always, all words, thoughts and opinions are honest and my own.
I wouldn’t have reviewed if I didn’t love her darling prints.
