goose creek candle co. giveaway

The oh. my. goodness. scent of Blueberry Cheesecake
has been wafting through the air around here for the last two weeks.
If the candle makin’ folks at Goose Creek Candle Co. weren’t sitting in Kentucky,
they’d be getting a high five for such a yummy candle.
Goose Creek Candle Co. reached out to me a few weeks ago.
I love burning candles and melts, so I was excited to take a look around.
The website said that their candles are the cleanest burning candles on the market.
I have little lungs running around and that is something that I look for,
so I began searching for a candle to review.
There are so many scents but some of my favs were
“Maple Toddy”
“Spun Sugar”
“Cranberry Vanilla”
“Whipped Pumpkin Latte”
{That’s it. I’m going to Starbucks.},
and what I ended up choosing…
a “Blueberry Cheesecake” American Heirloom candle.
(Blueberries were in season here, so I thought it would be perfect.)
When it arrived,
along with a delightful Dark Vanilla Bean candle (Shane’s favorite),
I could smell it through the box!
I snapped a few pics and started baking my Blueberry Cheesecake.
Here is my personal take on Goose Creek Candle Co. candles…
• I love the fact that they are clean burning.
Black soot is not welcome on these light walls.
• They are so fragrant but not in your face.
I would compare the Blueberry Cheesecake and Dark Vanilla Bean
to actually baking something.
You can definitely smell what’s in the oven, but it’s a comforting and pleasant smell.
(…not overpowering like the purfume that the lady two pews back in church is wearing.)
• Within 20 minutes, the fragrance filled my living room and kitchen.
I only burned it for an hour before snuffing it out with the lid,
and that’s what I have been doing since.
I burn for an hour and the smell stays for hours.
•The candles burn very slowly.
I’ve been burning this for an hour nearly every day for the past couple of weeks…
• As you can see in the photo above, they burn evenly.
Nothing bothers me more than a candle that doesn’t burn right!
• The candles come in apothecary jars too,
but I love the simplicity of the American Heirloom jars.
I can also reuse the heirloom jar for pretty storage it when the candle completely burns down.Would you like a candle too?

The sweet folks at Goose Creek Candle Co. are giving away
