{air your laundry friday} TEXTILE party

Happy Flag Day, laundry loves.

Aside from a few technical fouls, it’s actually been a lovely week!

A new macbook power adapter arrived today…just in time for the party.

My other doinked out on me last Friday and I have been without a real computer all week.
I’m just relieved that I didn’t have to blog another linky party from my iphone,
which happens to have a smashed screen from the boy accidentally dropping it.

(Hey, the neighborhood kids threatened him with a water balloon or ten
and he panicked…with my phone in hand!)

Still works though.
You just have to read between the cracks.

Thanks for dropping off your laundry!

Here are a few of my favorites from last week…

Lia (Olivia’s sister) at He Hunts, I Create
made this DIY French Style laundry basket using hardware wire and laundry.
I think this rolling basket would be great for so many uses!

I LOVE Debra’s new linen dining chair slips.

I think Kim’s (Made in a Day) Denim Flag Wreath is the cutest expression of patriotism.

Meegan’s daughter shared a cool tutorial for a DIY rug made from a cloth shower curtain.
If you struggle to find the perfect rug like I do, this just might come in handy.
(I don’t see why you couldn’t use any old heavier weight fabric.)
(She also shares how to easily dye a slipcover.)

Serendipity made these fun napkins using silk screen paint and potato mashers!

Kirstin at Craftiments shared some adorable skirts for little ones.
I love them all, especially this Poppy Skirt.
Isn’t it the sweetest pattern?

 2. Please link to your actual post, not to your blog in general.
3. As a common courtesy, I’d love it if you linked back with a text link or my button (sidebar).
Thank you!

Happy Friday.
