My goodness.
I’m away from blogging for a week and everything changes!
(Blogger has a whole new look behind the scenes.)
I have bunches to share and catch up on
but I also have a BUNCH of features from last week,
so I’ll save my ramblings and photos for another post.
I hope you have a beautiful weekend!
I plan to do some serious garage sale-ing on Saturday.
Got my list ready & the GPS fired up.
Do you plan and route your garage sales
or do you fly by the seat of your pants?
Don’t get me wrong…
I slam on the brakes when I see an impromptu sale sign but in general, I like to have a plan.
My oldest son LOVES “rummage sale” season and
I can’t wait for our Springtime one on one,
picking through others’ castaways.
picking through others’ castaways.
I dread the day that he becomes too cool to garage sale with his mom!
Anyhow.
Pardon the tangent.
The thought of 25 cent price tags will do that to a girl.
Thank you so much for linking up your laundry last week.
Here is {finally} my bunch of features…
Dear Emmeline shared this darling makeover featuring laundry covered drawers
and a clever solution to drawer pulls.
Perfect for a little girl’s room.
This Blue jean bouquet from Pinkapotamus is so sweet.
Beautiful settee makeover by Little House in the Big D…
Jamie at Scattered Thoughts of a Crafty Mom shared this cute & easy tutorial…
I adore every sweet detail and collection in Jean’s (The Backyard Bungalow) office.
All Things Chic linked up her serene bedroom.
Faded elegance, indeed.
Martha at Leone Design did a beautiful job on a once leather ottoman.
Tutorial too.
Isn’t that a great bunch of features tonight?
I was introduced to some new blogs full of vintage loveliness…so enjoy!
Party Rules…
1. Please link up TEXTILE projects and inspiration only.
(As long at is uses a fabric in some way, it’s linkable.)
2. Please link to your actual post, not to your blog in general.
3. As a common courtesy, I’d love it if you linked back with a text link or my button (sidebar).
Thank you!

Hope you have a fun weekend, getting lots of steals and deals ;)

Hi Jami:
Thanks so much for the feature of my old ottoman. Oops. I just uploaded another project to your party but forgot that it’s a TEXTILE party! Number 6 on the list is mine and I wonder if you could delete it since it doesn’t use textiles. Sorry but thanks again for the feature!
I found the painting and the tablecloth at the same estate sale so I thought they should stay together at least for now. Thanks for hosting and I hope that is enough fabric, usually I have more in other pictures as well.
Thank you for featuring my headband tute! Have a great weekend!

I’m very inspired by these beautiful projects……
Where do you find the energy to go garage saling?
I’m worried I’ll find more STUFF I have to makeover……;o)
Good luck, I can’t wait to see what you find……

I finally linked one of my sewing projects up here! And I did remember to go add a link to you in my post :) Hope you get some traffic from me!
have a great weekend!
Beautiful features, Jami! I just found two new blogs to follow because of it! : ) I woke up yesterday and saw the new blogger lay-out and was confused. I had no idea this was what they meant by the new lay-out mentioned at the top of my dashboard for the past month. Not sure if I like it as it seems like it will take a few days of being able to figure out how to maneuver around. Have a great weekend!
Thank you so much for featuring my settee make over! I had so much fun making it with my mom and Im so glad you liked it! Thanks again for hosting!
