Update & 12 Days of DIY

Hi, sweets.
I want to thank you for keeping my grandfather in your thoughts and prayers.
With his family by his bedside in the comfort of my Uncle’s home,
he passed peacefully this morning.
I am so grateful for a close-knit family and needless to say,
the next few days will be spent just loving on them,
remembering and honoring an awesome man.

I write this not for sympathy or to make you sad,

but just to let you know what’s going on in my life
as things sort of snowballed this weekend.
{I sometimes struggle to write the things that aren’t happy.}
You are a part of my journey, after all.
I’ll be “unplugged” until the weekend,
so while I wind down tonight,
I’d thought I’d write a quick couple of posts.
The first is below and ought to get you craftin’ for Christmas {if you haven’t already}!
I pulled the info. from The DIY Club.
The second is tomorrow night’s {Air Your Laundry Friday} Party.
I am simply going to schedule and post the linky tool
and I’ll feature my favorites from the last party one day next week.
In addition to the normal December monthly contest party,
The DIY Club is doing a fun Holiday event,
The DIY Club
Each day the party will take place at a different blog.

Due to “scraper” websites that earn revenue by scraping feeds (like an automatic copy & paste) and stealing the creative content of others, I can no longer provide FULL blog posts via email subscriptions. I apologize that you now see a partial post and have to click over to my blog for the rest. I try to create lovely and original content so I appreciate your understanding. If you don’t, I am sorry to see you leave and thank you for being a part of my journey while you were subscribed. {Jami}
