Hi, sweets.
I want to thank you for keeping my grandfather in your thoughts and prayers.
With his family by his bedside in the comfort of my Uncle's home,
he passed peacefully this morning.
I am so grateful for a close-knit family and needless to say,
the next few days will be spent just loving on them,
remembering and honoring an awesome man.
I write this not for sympathy or to make you sad,
but just to let you know what's going on in my life
as things sort of snowballed this weekend.
{I sometimes struggle to write the things that aren't happy.}
You are a part of my journey, after all.
I'll be "unplugged" until the weekend,
so while I wind down tonight,
I'd thought I'd write a quick couple of posts.
The first is below and ought to get you craftin' for Christmas {if you haven't already}!
I pulled the info. from The DIY Club.

The second is tomorrow night's {Air Your Laundry Friday} Party.
I am simply going to schedule and post the linky tool
and I'll feature my favorites from the last party one day next week.
Hugs.

I will keep you in my thoughts Jami. I hope your memories of him will comfort you.
We buried my hubby's grandfather six years ago today on his grandmother's birthday. She is 90 today. We think of him and miss his great personality all the time. We were blessed with him in our lives and I am sure you feel the same way. I am sorry for your loss. Know that he is with God.
Big hugs to you and your family. xo
