I have a girlfriend coming for coffee in the morning so I'm going to keep this short and sweet.
A little late night housework is in order.
I've been working on Edyn & Grey's room for the last two days.
{I shared the new paint color and finished stenciling earlier today HERE.}
Paint and materials have been flying and I didn't clean much.
It shows.
If I want to sleep tonight, I should fold some laundry
because my bed is covered with about four loads!
There were some lovely links last week.
As always!
Here is a handful of favorites from last week...
I am a better person after seeing this post.
Hehe.
I love learning of a cool product that I've never heard of before.
Natalie at Johnny in a Dress introduced us to vinyl spray paint.
This sofa used to be navy blue!
I don't have a lick of leather or vinyl to paint but if I ever do, I'll be thankin' Natalie.
Have you ever heard of leather spray paint before?
If not, you're probably wondering how it feels and if it cracks...she answers all that.
{The Q&A sold me.}
I was loving lampshades tonight and thought these two were darling...
Katie at Craptastic's Ruffled Shade
Yummy texture. Beautiful base.
Rachel at The Olde Farmhouse On Windmill Hill
did a great job knocking off a Pottery Barn lamp shade.
Yummy simplicity.
Heather at Squeezing It All In
(which I do every morning when I get dressed)
cut up the sweater she wore they day she met her husband
and made this awesome flower pillow form.
Her tutorial is awesomely detailed too.
Textile Party Rules
1. Please link up TEXTILE projects and inspiration only.
(As long at is uses a fabric in some way, it's linkable.)
2. Please link to your actual post, not to your blog in general.
3. As a common courtesy, I'd love it if you linked back too with a text link
or my button (code in my sidebar).
or my button (code in my sidebar).
I've been meaning to ask...
Would it be better for you if I started the party earlier or later?
I'm thinking 10 pm EST on Thursday night
or Friday mornings at 11 am EST.
{I feel like the current midnight timing is a bit too late for my fellow Easter Coasters.}
The winner of the beautiful lace & burlap runner from Mudpies & Marigolds is
#36 - Susan!
Congratulations, Susan! Thank you to all who entered.

Yes, 10 would be perfect! I stay up late waiting for the link parties to start! I could use some sleep! ;)

Yes please start earlier in the night, I'm on the East Coast and hardly ever make it to 12mid! Thanks for asking for our opinion.
I've only been joining up fairly recently, Jami, but I wind up waiting until Friday morning to link up since I am on the east coast as well. It doesn't matter to me either way.
Thanks for the feature Jami!
