Linen Source

Happy Sunday, almost Monday.
I spent this dreary, rainy day making a few Etsy orders {thank you!}
and thank you gifts, writing cards, watching movies with my ducklings,
and giving lessons on how to keep crayons “on the paper.”
Yeah, I have a little color on my living room wall now…
{sigh of cuteness and frustration}
I can’t tell you the last time I just sat and watched a movie so I enjoyed every moment of it.
And let me just add that the gray jersey knit throw I made is c.o.m.f.o.r.t.a.b.l.e.
Like snuggling a T-shirt.
Have I ever told you that I don’t decorate with any fabrics that I wouldn’t wear on my body?
Well, now you know.
Speaking of fabric,
a few of you have asked where I purchased the Rachel Ashwell Grain Sack Stripe Belgian Linen
that I used to make this chair back slip…
I told you yesterday that I would post a link to it tonight
but that particular linen won’t be available until August 19th…
so I’ll write more about three of the fabrics that I’ve purchased and {love} then.
Until then, other Rachel Ashwell Shabby Chic fabrics are available in Cindy Jo’s shop.
The button links to her Etsy shop but I found her through her second (ebay) shop HERE,
where she has more fabrics for sale.
(I purchased the Rachel Ashwell white denim for my sofa slipcover and the Belgian from her ebay shop.)
Cindy Jo recently went through a big move and several of her fabrics still need to be listed,
so if you are looking for something that you don’t see, you can message her.
She has been wonderful to work with and knows her laundry.
She just joined as a sponsor too, so you can find her button in my sidebar.
I also want to take a moment to thank two beautiful blogging friends
that sweetened up my doorstep recently when their packages arrived.
Have you met M at {OC Cottage}?
She is immensely creative and always putting something sweet together.
I love her sense of humor and always laugh my way through her posts.
She’s just plain awesome and recently surprised me with a box full of handmade pretties.
M put such thought into every little creation and I love it all.
The darling ‘Petite Fleurs’ holder was pictured in my French Farmhouse post HERE.
Check out the little starfish with scrabble tiles for freckled laundry and the chalkboard pendant with my initial!
Thank you so much for bringing a little sunshine to my day, M!
And thank you all for your friendship and reading my blog.
