Christine Marie Studio

Happy Sunday, sweets.
Today has been a day of craft room cleaning.
My aunt flew in from North Carolina and is staying with me
so rather than endure the humility of a craft room a la “Hoarders”,
I spent much of the day organizing, sorting, and gasping over all the crap I have.
{Excuse my French.}
I will not be sharing photos of that exciting achievement.
Instead, I thought I’d introduce you to a new Vintage Market shop
with much prettier things to look at.
Christine’s shop is filled with her lovely vintage and farmhouse inspired creations
So cute with a white t-shirt and jeans…or a little jersey knit black dress.
Here’s a little bit about Christine…
“I’m a 39 year old wife and mother of 2, with a day job as a graphic designer, and a passion for creating jewelry when I am not doing any of the above. My vintage-inspired designs balance bold color, vintage findings, unique finishes and mixed metals. All my earwires, chains and filigrees are hypoallergenic and nickel-free.

I grew up the oldest of 5 siblings. My parents have a little property and I was fortunate to have 3 horses of my own. I’m a farm girl at heart… my horses shared a barn with my dad’s car projects. I do love a bit of rusty metal, chippy paint, the smell of an old pickup – you know that faint scent of grease when you first climb in? I also have the-ability-to-find-amazing-things-on-craigslist superpowers (my husband might beg to differ).

I started making jewelry about 3 years ago. It has become a reflection of all the things I enjoy (except the pickup truck smell), wrapped up in a chic little package, shared with you. – Christine”

I can definitely see a touch of farm girl in her beautiful pieces
with that rustic, time worn, chippy paint, and patina look.
I had a hard time choosing some favorites for this post because I love every single thing in her shop.
  Love Letter Necklace
I’ve already professed my love of hearts
so I had to include this Simple Hammered Heart Necklace.
Isn’t the patina gorgeous?
Okay. I’m forcing myself to stop there or else this post would never load from all the photos!
I hope you’ll take a moment to visit Christine’s shop.
All of her beautiful items have FREE SHIPPING.
She also has a blog.
Welcome and thank you, Christine!
And, thank you so much for your thoughts and prayers for my grandfather.
I’m always so touched by the thoughtfulness of this blogging community.
You’re like a big bunch of sisters (and possibly brothers!) and I love ya.
Thanks for reading.

  1. Hey Jami…Really lovely feature. The jewelry is unique and I love the color. Congrats on cleaning your craft room. I so need to do that but every time I walk in there I get distracted by all my projects and end up walking right back out. Not good. I posted today on my living room and did a little feature on your tags. I have them scattered through my house. They make me smile. Have a good week.

  2. Oohh I love these!!

  3. love the turquoise cuff bracelet! keeping your grandfather in my thoughts and prayers:)

I love Jewelry too….thanks for sharing your favs….I’ll go over an check out your link to her shop, thanks for posting it…go over and look at my cabin barn and give me some ideas on how to set it up for a shop in our back yard to sell my Rag Bags and other antiques….thanks! Mel

  5. Love that cuff, and the other pieces are so pretty.

If you were thinking of being in the next season of Hoarders, I’ll have to tell you they will be jumping over everyone to get in my crappy messy craft art room, porch, closet…etc.
They want the worse looking messes possible for shock value.
How one little person can accumulate so much stuff is hard to imagine.

    Congrats on getting yours cleaned!
