{Air Your Laundry Friday} #21

I’ve been in a bit of a sewing frenzy around here
(If you follow me on Facebook, you got to see a sneak peak of my sofa slipcover progress).
Happy to see that you are too
because there were some great textile projects linked up last week.

I stepped away from my sewing machine today
but I hope you didn’t…
I can’t wait to see what you share this week.

There will be no link party next Friday, April 8
as I’m scheduled to parade my home
for the 2011 Parade of Homes at Poppies at Play.
I’ll feature my favorites from this party the following Friday!
Here are my freckled loves this week…
created a great video tutorial
on how to make this style of rosette.
A simple ‘twist’ creates a very different look
and I actually prefer the look of these rosettes to my rolled rosettes
…and she doesn’t sound like a 12-yr.-old boy in her video like I do.
(It was my first video…don’t judge me. Ha!)

I am IN LOVE with these wire baskets
I’m so happy she added a little textile to them with the handles so that I could share them.
I see several of these being made for my office makeover.
This is an easy & chic DIY camera case solution
Adding this one to the list…

crocheted a precious star garland.

this beautiful ottoman from a Christmas tree stand.

 As always,
Thank You for linking up or looking around.
I always love so much more than I feature.
Can’t wait to see what you share this week.
The Party RULES

Definition of textile [tex·tile]

1: cloth; especially a woven or knit cloth
2: a fiber, filament, or yarn used in making cloth

1. Pleeeeeeease link up TEXTILE projects and inspiration only. No repeat projects please.
(As long at is uses a textile in some way, it’s linkable.)

2. Please be courteous & add my button (in the sidebar) or text link to your post. Thank you.

3. Please link to your actual post, not your blog in general.

4. Please be sweet and visit at least a couple other links.

5. I’d love it if you followed me too, but it’s optional.

Happy Friday, sweets.
