Thanks so much for stopping in. Within the next couple of weeks I'll be sharing a few projects that I've been working on including refinishing a vintage, mission style, office chair that was passed down to my husband. The chair looks nearly identical to the antique white Pottery Barn chair below except that it isn't white and is in serious need of a little attention by way of sandpaper, paint, wood glue, and varnish.
(...and that's the sale price.)
And while we're on the subject of chairs, here is another that I used as inspiration for my refinishing project. Isn't it beautiful? I love the lines and chubby curves...and white is my color, man. I would probably, no definitely, faint if I found this chair at a yard sale. It would nuzzle up nicely to nearly any style of decor - country, cottage, vintage chic, traditional, etc.
I'll reveal my finished projects in the "freckled finds" section. Take a moment to look around and discover freckled laundry!
